How are you coping with bringing work home?
#workingfromhomelife has become the new normal in the last few years. While it offers a range of benefits for both employees and employers, it is important to note that not all jobs are suitable for remote work. Some employees may struggle with the lack of social interaction and face-to-face communication that can come with working from home.
Was thinking for a long time to highlight some factors that worked for me in this remote work culture -
- Increased flexibility: Working from home allows for greater flexibility in terms of work hours and work-life balance.
- Better health and wellness: Working from home can reduce stress, improve mental health, and increase physical activity.
- Productivity optimisation : Working from home can increase your overall productivity as you are in your personal space and can get more done, on work and off work.
What I will highly recommend - Technology has become an integrated element in the WFH culture. We’re likely to spend countless hours in front of a laptop which makes Monitors an ubiquitous choice. A right monitor can greatly reduce headaches, eye strain, and eye fatigue. Do invest in one.
